Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling real-time generative AI workloads.
- Lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, including quantum computing interfaces and neuro-symbolic AI, and evaluate their potential impact.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
- Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into production environments.
- Familiarity with Spatial Computing (AR/VR) development standards.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
