Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D strategy for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum Hybrid Systems.
- Define and execute a technical roadmap to ensure our products are market-ready by 2026.
- Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into scalable architectural solutions.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends, analyzing competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities.
- Oversee the integration of advanced biometric interfaces with cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, Rust, or Julia programming languages is highly preferred.
