Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead a high-velocity engineering team in the research and development of neural interface technologies.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our proprietary machine learning engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional units to integrate futuristic hardware with advanced software stacks.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive best practices in code quality and ethical AI implementation.
- Prototype cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of deep learning and cognitive computing.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and extreme scalability for global deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Strong grasp of quantum computing principles and their application to classical ML problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
