Responsibilities
Lead the strategic vision for our 2026 Tech Roadmap and innovation initiatives.Oversee the development and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.Architect scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into standard software stacks.Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or a related technical field.Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline (preferred).Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex, ambiguous projects.Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to AI.Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
