Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for AI and Quantum integration leading up to 2026.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, distributed systems that leverage quantum algorithms and advanced machine learning models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate breakthroughs into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured problems.
