Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI-Quantum systems, ensuring seamless integration between classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms for predictive modeling and complex problem-solving using emerging technologies.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in future tech stacks.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to drive strategic product decisions.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and their intersection with quantum mechanics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate unstructured, forward-looking technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
