Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and deploy scalable software architectures that integrate modern AI models with next-gen quantum processing units.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Synthetic Data.
- Ethical AI Governance: Lead the implementation of ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype and validate concepts for new products, moving from 'proof of concept' to production-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM fine-tuning. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
