Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI-Quantum systems targeting deployment in 2026.
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into robust products.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
