Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate quantum computing modules with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of elite software engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for future tech initiatives, aligning them with business goals and industry trends.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate complex quantum-ai concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate abstract scientific concepts into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep understanding of quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Technical Skills: Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, and high-performance computing clusters.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
