Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation platforms integrating AI and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the company's 2026 innovation strategy.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible user experiences.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high performance under heavy loads.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on our product suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their practical applications in data processing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
