Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Decentralized Systems.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices architecture that can handle future data volumes.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Continuously research, prototype, and evaluate new technologies to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical roadmaps with business goals for the coming years.
- Security & Compliance: Architect robust security frameworks that ensure data integrity and privacy in future-proof environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Skills: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, or Quantum Computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and performance issues under tight deadlines.
