- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and execute the long-term technological vision for Horizon Tech, specifically focusing on pre-2026 disruptive technologies.
- Pioneer AI & Quantum Integration: Design scalable systems that seamlessly integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence with next-generation quantum computing frameworks.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes for upcoming market releases, moving concepts from whiteboard to working code.
- Strategic R&D Management: Guide a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Industry Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and strategic pivots.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and design to ensure futuristic technologies solve real-world problems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Technical Mastery: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Expertise Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit) is highly preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
