Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy to ensure our platforms remain at the forefront of innovation.
- AI & LLM Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models and Generative AI agents into our client-facing products.
- Spatial Computing: Design immersive web experiences compatible with AR/VR headsets and spatial interfaces.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Assess and prepare legacy systems for future quantum computing transitions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- AI Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Three.js, WebXR) for spatial interfaces.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
