Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating Generative AI and predictive modeling into core product suites.
- Web3 Infrastructure: Oversee the development and deployment of decentralized infrastructure and smart contract ecosystems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futurism: Demonstrated interest and knowledge in AI/ML, Blockchain/Web3, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing distributed teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ethics: Strong understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.
