Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline technical milestones, infrastructure upgrades, and AI integration strategies for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable microservices and cloud architectures that can withstand the demands of next-generation applications.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to drive product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Manage High-Performance Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Optimize development workflows and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate time-to-market for 2026 product releases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
