- Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications for future products and services.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging tech stacks, evaluating their viability for immediate implementation or long-term strategic holding.
- Team Leadership: Mentor high-potential engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or "Future Tech" capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), and next-generation networking protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
