- Cultural Transformation: Foster a high-performance culture that encourages risk-taking, technical excellence, and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical 2026 visions into actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Executive Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering capacity.

- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to predict market trends and pivot technology stacks 3-5 years in advance.

- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
