Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof AI architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data loads.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor and grow a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to bridge the gap between theoretical AI and practical user applications.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI principles, NLP, and vector databases.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
