In this role, you will be at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for our long-term roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to implement next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and strategic milestones for the year 2026 and the decade following.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Research, prototype, and validate cutting-edge technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing applications, and autonomous systems.
- Infrastructure Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures capable of handling massive data loads and future scalability demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Foresight: Proven track record of identifying and implementing future-forward technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
