Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 'Horizon 2026' technological roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
- Spearhead the integration of next-gen AI and machine learning models into core production systems to enhance scalability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee architectural decisions, ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance with global standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for complex, large-scale projects with a focus on future scalability.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployment and data pipeline management.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
