Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of core AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Mentor and grow a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize model training pipelines and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (LLMs, Reinforcement Learning) to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
