Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performance engineering teams focused on AI integration and quantum simulation.
- R&D Management: Oversee research initiatives, ensuring the exploration of emerging technologies like neural interfaces and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to communicate complex technical concepts and secure funding.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and DevOps best practices to accelerate development cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum technologies.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.
