Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning R&D with business goals.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and future-proof AI systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into the core product.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and innovate for future needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
