Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 innovation goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX at the forefront of technological advancement
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and scale future-ready solutions

- Mentor talent in emerging tech disciplines and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or biotech integration
