Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-facing solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and venture collaborations
- Present vision to C-suite and board members to drive organizational alignment
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech journals and industry forums
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding
- Published author in top-tier technology or strategy publications
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
