Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists on prototype development
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and innovation partnerships
- Monitor regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC partnerships
