Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and assess their strategic implications for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive future technology roadmap with 5-year vision and quarterly execution milestones
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D investment decisions based on future market projections
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation preferred
