Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization plans
- Establish industry partnerships for technology licensing and co-development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience managing cross-continental teams and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE) or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
