Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) with 3-5 year strategic impact models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending technology frameworks for scalable commercial applications
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or Web3)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale innovations with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
