Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on quantum, AI ethics, and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG 2030 goals
- Mentor Tech Futurists in rapid prototyping and scenario planning
- Present disruption impact assessments to investors and regulators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, carbon-neutral AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature/Forbes
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Certified in Tech Foresight (APF or WFS)
