Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI, tracking progress through our proprietary Tech Horizon Matrix
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to maintain our innovation pipeline
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors, translating technical concepts into business value
- Champion ethical tech frameworks, ensuring all innovations align with our 'Tech for Good' manifesto
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with proven experience mapping 5+ year tech horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
