Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for post-2025 innovation landscapes
- Analyze quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate-positive tech convergence points
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring ethical AI implementation and carbon-negative tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports on breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization windows
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2025+ horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership on technology ethics or sustainable innovation
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Strong command of ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of nascent technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
