Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, IoT, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, neural interfaces) and identify commercial opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with VPs of Engineering to align R&D with market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting
- Experience with federal tech policy (CHIPS Act, AI Act)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
