Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Vision and technological milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (GenAI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Identify potential disruptions in the market and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Oversee pilot programs for pre-2026 technologies to ensure readiness for mass adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex tech to business leaders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
