Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks and opportunities in quantum computing
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on 5-year research initiatives
- Drive ethical tech governance frameworks for AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python and system architecture principles
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized systems
