Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) through global research networks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into viable product specifications and technical requirements
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
