- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech adoption impact
- Partner with venture teams to scout and integrate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with future-focused portfolio
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong financial modeling skills for long-term tech investment analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution trends
