- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future tech visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Drive innovation through regular hackathons and prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI or quantum computing solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
