Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Analyze global tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough projects with $10M+ budgets
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI tracking
- Pioneer industry partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
