Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AR/VR interfaces for next-gen human-computer interaction
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, bio-hybrid systems) for commercial viability
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous AI decision-making systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA
- Present future-tech concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Manage a $25M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced research projects
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
