Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in emerging fields including AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform innovation strategies
- Oversee prototyping and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM)
