- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and commercialize next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Manage a cross-disciplinary innovation lab and mentor future tech specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, or biotechnology domains
- Exceptional leadership skills managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
