Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted security systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Architect sustainable tech solutions for Fortune 500 decarbonization initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI-ethics frameworks
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FAA, FDA, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
