Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and investment priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Monitor and evaluate technology trends, risks, and regulatory impacts affecting our 2026 vision
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, decentralized systems) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for technology-driven business models
