Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and decarbonized tech infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive landscape analysis
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-tech convergence topics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
