Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-adjacent computing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI ethics, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships for 2026 tech initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis for tech adoption timelines and competitive landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products with 2025+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Forbes, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D funding
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
