Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum computing integration, Web3.0)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact assessment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups specializing in emerging tech
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record executing large-scale digital transformations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in Technology Strategy or relevant advanced degree (MS/MBA preferred)
