Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps with focus on 2026 industry shifts
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition/partnership
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in AI/quantum computing (arXiv, IEEE, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network of tech innovators and VCs
