Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum commercialization projects
- Executive MBA or equivalent strategic consulting experience
- Deep expertise in at least two: AI ethics, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Active security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a plus
