Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security architectures
- Identify and capitalize on disruptive AI/ML market opportunities with >$10M potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to 1M+ user bases
- Expertise in blockchain, IoT, and neuromorphic computing ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile transformation in enterprise environments
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Validated ability to secure $5M+ R&D funding
